Shipping & Delivery
We are usually able to pack up and send out your order within 24 hours.  We primarily use USPS to ship, and we've found most packages are delivered within 3-5 days.  If USPS does not ship to your address, or if you need your lingerie ASAP, please contact us to discuss alternatives.
Privacy & Security
We appreciate you shopping with us, and we take care to keep your personal information private.  We do not sell or share our customer information with any other businesses or organizations.  Our site is hosted on a pci certified server, using 256 bit encryption.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase, and we know that sometimes even something in your size may not fit quite right.  If that is the case, please send back the items, unworn and in the same condition as when you received them, with tags attached.  Please return items within 14 days or the purchase date. If this is not possible, or if you received the items as a gift, please email or call us, so we can work with you.
Availability
We work hard to maintain the accuracy of the inventory on our website, but occasionally an item may not be available if, for example, it is on hold or has just been sold to someone else. If that is the case we will let you know within 24 hours, and will contact you to see if you would like to cancel the order, substitute something else, or wait to see if we can reorder the item. If you see an item you like, but do not see your size listed, let us know and we will try to get it for you.
