Once again, Autumn has arrived. Rather than mourn the end of long, sunny evenings, let's look forward to the fun array of colors that also arrive with Fall's dark nights. Our favorite Fall color trend this season is purple, and we've been receiving lots of great collections in a variety of deep purple hues.

Huit's new Equivoque set is done in an elegant and rich eggplant. The thong and boyshort both have laser cut edges, and most spectacularly the collection features a daring pattern of sheer mesh panels with embroidered edges. We also just received super soft rayon basics from P.J. Salvage in a rich, saturated violet. There's a chemise with a lace top, a pant and a robe. The lightweight knit is perfect for this transition season. We also love Cosabella's Aire bralette and boyshort in plum.

We know what you'd like your significant other to give you for that special occasion - lovely lingerie, of course! Luckily there are a few things you can do to help your loved one "surprise" you with just what you've dreamed of.

Write down your bra, panty and pajama size for them to carry in their wallet, or program into their smart phone. When your significant other has your size, they will feel more comfortable knowing they've gotten at least one thing right in the sometimes scary experience of lingerie gift giving. They'll feel great about it, and you'll feel great about it - everybody wins! If you aren't sure what size you are, come in and get measured. Even if you don't need a bra immediately, and don't know who might wish to buy you lingerie in the near future, we will always be happy to size you.

Gift givers, if you want to surprise her but don't know her sizes, sneak a peek at the tags in her favorite sets. Also, if you know she shops with us, we may be able to look up her sizes in our records.
